Robert Pattinson is continuing his real estate tour of NYC, this time checking out a $20 million "paparazzi-proof," 3,598-square-foot, 3.5-bed penthouse in West Chelsea—so-called because of the car elevator that takes them straight from the street to their home in less than 60 seconds. Considering the mob scene that occurred when he was spotted checking out the apartment (the NY Post reports that he was "mobbed by two fans who tried to run into the building after him"), we're guessing that's a feature Pattinson appreciates.
Inside, the recently-renovated penthouse is sleek and futuristic, prominently featuring gunmetal-colored Terracotta and brushed stainless steel. And you can't ignore the view, with windows looking over the Hudson River and a loggia covered terrace with views of the Empire State Building—one of two terraces, this one intended for "lounging" (the other is for al fresco dining). And that's saying nothing of the all-white bathroom. Lined with back-lit LED tiles and Dornbrachtand Duravit fixtures, it looks like a set from a sci-fi movie—one you'd definitely want to live in.
